Plastic granules:
Granulation is carried out on professional lines for dust-free regranulation, surrounded by water mist. Possible metal contaminants are effectively removed by means of a magnetic separator.
Granules are subjected to quality control in a R & D lab. The laboratory equipment includes a magnetic scanner and a specialized laboratory extruder for testing. Made with these testing devices, they allow to produce regranulates of the highest quality. The tests are performed in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1133 or equivalent to the American Standard ASTM 1238.
